Connect

Connect binds the site to an account. It does not approve a token and it does not send a transaction.

What the site asks the wallet

• eth_requestAccounts on first connect, then eth_accounts on later visits.
• Chain id 4663. A wallet on another chain is switched with wallet_switchEthereumChain. RocketSwap does not trade on any other chain.
• A browser extension injects window.ethereum. A phone uses WalletConnect. Scan the code from inside the wallet. A camera scan often opens the wrong app.

What is stored

The last connector is stored in the browser so a refresh can restore the session. Disconnect clears it. The site never receives a private key.

The public RPC is https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com. Reads (balances, quotes, allowances) go there. Writes go through the wallet.
